It is sexist towards both genders.
It is sexist towards females because the statement implies that females are always the weakest* and should be treated differently;
It is sexist towards males because it implies that any men that is trying to defend himself from a woman who's trying to harm him is weak and "not a real man".
*(note: while women usually are physically weaker than men, not all of them are and most of all if a person is holding a weapon it doesn't really matter how physically strong they are... Unless they're pointing it at a person who's very strong/skilled in martial arts)

Really, WTF? I've heard stories about guys refusing to defend themselves and hit a woman who was pointing a weapon at them. These fucking genders roles :/

Yeah, for stating that men and women should be equal :/
Equality does not only have a good side; it has downsides as well. Like this. It could be defined a "downside" for women if they were viewed as individuals as capable as men. But you never see people accepting the downsides that equality can bring with it but they only want the good side. If you really want equality, accept the fucking downsides.
